Types of insurance:

1. Compulsory insurance of all cars – OSAGO (included in the price)
OSAGO insurance of third parties. If the culprit of the accident is not the car renter, but a third party, then all expenses are covered by the insurance company of the culprit. Must have a police report on the accident
>The lessee must immediately inform the lessor by telephone of any damage to the car or any damage found during his absence and follow the instructions. Do not leave the scene of the accident until the situation is resolved. Otherwise, if the tenant left the scene of the accident without informing the lessor about the incident, this serves as a basis for refusing to pay insurance even if the tenant is not at fault, which entails repairing the car at the expense of the tenant.

Additional car insurance – “CASCO” included in the price) with a mandatory or conditional deductible Optionally chosen by the tenant in addition to the mandatory insurance.
The insurance company covers all the costs of restoring the car in case of any accident that exceeds the amount of the deposit (€). In case of any accident and damage to the car, the first thing to be spent is a deposit-deposit (possibly partial spending), exceeding the amount of the deposit, the insurance company assumes, unless the driver drove the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.

The loss of ignition keys is not included in the insurance. Loss of keys is compensated € 500
If the tenant pays for the rental car in cash, the deposit is left in cash only.
The deposit is returned in full upon delivery of the car. Only in the event of an insured event is it possible to change the amount of the refund.
